With its velvety texture, Dulse leaf is munchable minerals wrapped in fabulous flavour. Contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, C, and E and minerals like potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, chromium, iodine and zinc and trace elements. This Dulse was sustainably harvested from the ocean in a area where shellfish swim freely and carries an ALLERGY WARNING. I have contacted Power Super Foods who assure me this Dulse was hand harvested so no machinery was used that may kill or injure the marine life and was washed many times after it was harvested. However as shellfish live in the area they may have been eaten by other marine creatures leaving trace amounts on the Dulse leaf.
